Privacy policy
A plain-language summary of what data we handle when you visit this site or contact ThiagoSites, and what rights you have.
Who is responsible
The data controller is the ThiagoSites webmaster, reachable at webmaster@thiagosites.com. Data protection requests can be sent to the same address.
What data we handle
- Data you send us when you get in touch through WhatsApp, Telegram, Instagram or email: name, phone number, email address and the content of your message.
- Technical browsing data, such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, logged by the server that hosts this site.
- Marketing and measurement data: cookies, scripts and pixels from advertising platforms such as Google (Google Ads) and Meta (Facebook and Instagram ads), which record the pages visited and where the visit came from, so we can measure and improve our campaigns. These identifiers may be personal data.
This site has no sign-up forms. We only talk to you when you start the conversation.
Why we use the data
- To reply to your messages and send quotes and proposals.
- To deliver the service you hire, and to take steps before a contract is signed.
- To measure and improve the advertising of our services.
- To keep the site secure and working properly.
- To meet legal obligations.
Legal bases
Under the GDPR we rely on performance of a contract or steps prior to entering into one (Article 6(1)(b)), our legitimate interests in answering enquiries and keeping the site secure (Article 6(1)(f)), legal obligations (Article 6(1)(c)) and, for non-essential cookies and marketing pixels, your consent (Article 6(1)(a) and the ePrivacy rules).
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. It may be shared only with:
- Services we use to serve you and run the site: hosting provider, WhatsApp, Instagram and Meta, Telegram, Google (including Google Ads and Google Fonts).
- Members of the ThiagoSites team who work on projects, within the digital environment and infrastructure of ThiagoSites.
- Authorities, when required by law.
Some of these services may store data outside the European Economic Area, including in Brazil and the United States.
Cookies, pixels and advertising
We use cookies and pixels from platforms such as Google and Meta to understand where visitors come from and measure the results of our campaigns. They do not identify you by name, but they may record identifiers from your browser or device. More details in our Cookie policy.
You can refuse or choose your cookie preferences through the cookie notice on this site and through your browser settings.
Google Fonts
To display the site typography, pages load font files from Google Fonts. When this happens, your browser connects to Google servers, which may record your IP address because of the HTTPS request your browser makes in the background.
How long we keep it
We keep data for as long as needed for the purposes above and to meet legal obligations. Marketing cookies and pixels last up to 90 days; after that, a new cookie is set if you return to the site. Quote conversations held over WhatsApp, Telegram and email may be kept for record purposes for up to 30 days if no contract follows; if a contract is signed, they are kept for as long as the commercial and partnership relationship with ThiagoSites lasts. In website and app development projects, during development we keep the necessary data and credentials on the workstations assigned to carry out the services. Once projects delivered online are completed, we keep the data archived for another 7 days so that any final adjustment can be made if requested. After that period, the data is anonymised and deleted from the workstation, leaving only a general log of each project without specific information that identifies any content present in the websites or apps handled.
Websites we host for clients
When we host or maintain a client site, the client is the data controller for the people who use that site, and we act as processor, following the instructions in the contract.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask us at any time to:
- confirm whether we process your data and give you access to it;
- correct inaccurate or incomplete data;
- erase your data, restrict or object to its processing;
- provide your data in a portable format, where applicable;
- withdraw your consent, where processing is based on it.
To exercise your rights, email webmaster@thiagosites.com. You also have the right to complain to the Data Protection Commission (Ireland) or to the supervisory authority in your country.
To adjust personalised advertising you can also use Google ad settings (adssettings.google.com) and Meta ad preferences (facebook.com/adpreferences).
Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data. No system is completely invulnerable, but we work to reduce risks.

We may update this policy. The version in force is always the one published on this page. Last updated: 8 October 2026.
